Returns

A sealed Bottle can be sent back within fourteen days and is refunded in full. An unsealed one cannot: once the seal is broken the Bottle cannot be sold again. That is what the Sample is for.

The outer box is the seal. Unopened, the Set can be sent back within fourteen days and is refunded in full; once the box is opened it cannot, because the Samples inside can no longer be sold. A Set returned after its Redemption Code has been spent is refunded minus what the code was worth.
